Electronic Communication Using MS Outlook

The course consists of two sections - Fundamentals and Proficient User.
Fundamentals focuses on the basic features of Outlook, explaining how to send and receive messages and explains how you can work with the Outlook Calendar to manage schedules.
Proficient User takes you through arranging meetings, creating contact lists, recording tasks, making journal and notes entries and integrating and customising Outlook 2000.
