Hunting for Asteroids

Following our highly successful Science Week activities in March, the CLC has managed to book several more of our previously over-subscribed ‘Hunting for Asteroids’ workshops. Lasting approximately an hour and suitable for those in Y4 to 6, the session will take pupils on a whistle-stop tour of the universe. Using images taken from the Liverpool Telescope in La Palma, pupils can hunt and measure the speed of their asteroid with amazing results.
